Refund & Cancellation Policy

Transparent terms for a fair marketplace. Please read our guidelines regarding cancellations and refunds below.

1. Binding Agreement

Upon completing a Transaction on Genoma Space, you are entering into a legally binding and enforceable agreement with us to purchase the product and/or service.

2. Cancellation Policy

After a transaction is initiated, the User may cancel the Transaction only if it has been specifically provided for on the Platform. In such cases, the cancellation will be subject to the terms mentioned at the time of purchase.

We retain full discretion in approving any cancellation requests and may ask for additional details or justification before approving any requests.

3. Eligibility for Refunds

Once you have received the product and/or service, the only event where you can request a replacement or a return and a refund is:

  • If the product and/or service does not match the description as mentioned on the Platform.

4. Request Timeline & Process

Any request for a refund must be submitted within three (3) days from the date of the Transaction (or such number of days prescribed on the Platform, which shall in no event be less than three days).

How to Submit a Claim

A User may submit a claim for a refund by raising a ticket on our support portal or contacting us directly. You must provide a clear and specific reason for the refund request, including the exact terms that have been violated, along with any necessary proof.
