Yes. Genoma Space uses an Escrow system. When you place an order, your money is held safely by us. It is only released to the seller once you have approved the final delivery. If the work is not delivered, you get a full refund.
We charge a small 10% platform fee on all transactions to maintain the server and support services. This fee is transparently shown at checkout.
Go to your Seller Dashboard > Income. You can request a withdrawal once your earnings have cleared (usually 3 days after order completion). We support direct UPI and Bank Transfers.
Yes. If the seller has not started working or has missed the deadline, you can cancel the order from the Order Details page. Mutual cancellations can also be requested at any time.
